Magistrate of the Constitutional Court
Lawyer at the University “San Martín de Porres” (1990-1996).
Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
With studies for the Doctorate at the University of Buenos Aires.
He holds post-graduate courses at the University Carlos III in Madrid and at the Spanish Congress of Deputies. He is a member of the Peruvian Association of Constitutional Law, the World Association of Constitutional Justice, and the Institute of Public Law.
Professor of Constitutional Law at University “San Martín de Porres” in Lima (2008 to date), Private University “Antenor Orrego” in Trujillo (2017 to date) and University “San Ignacio de Oyola” (2021 to date).
Speaker at national and international events; and author of books, research and articles specialized in constitutional matters. Among his most important books are:

- Comments on the Political Constitution of Peru (Vols. 1 and 2)
- Comments on the Code of Constitutional Procedure
- Introduction to constitutional procedural law
- The process of jurisdiction.
He is an Honorary Member of the Illustrious Bar Associations of Arequipa, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Maynas, Ucayali, and Junín.
