Felipe de la Mata Pizaña

Felipe de la Mata Pizaña holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (1995), graduating with honors. He earned a Master’s in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana (2001), a PhD in Law from Universidad Panamericana (2009), with honors, and a PhD in Law and Constitutionally Recognized Liberties from Universidad Castilla-La Mancha (2015), graduating cum laude. Upon the proposal of the Supreme Court of Justice, the Senate of the Republic appointed him as Justice of the High Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary for a nine-year term, which began on November 4, 2016.
