Nusa Dua - In his key-note speech at the 3rd Congress of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC), the President of the Venice Commission highlighted the close cooperation between the Venice Commission and the AACC and the contribution of the AACC to the establishment of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice. He expressed the support of the Venice Commission and the World Conference for Constitutional Courts which are under undue pressure from other state powers. He also welcomed the initiative by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea to establish an Asian Court of Human Rights.
