St Petersburg, Russian Federation - Ms Herdis Thorgeirsdottir, Vice President of the Venice Commission, will participate in the II International Arctic Legal Forum on "Protection and sustained development of Arctic: Legal aspect" organised by the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation jointly with the Government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
