By letter dated 22 December 2022, the Minister for State Domains and Land Affairs of Tunisia, Mr Mohamed Rekik, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft code on national property, law on confiscation of assets and on the establishment of an Agency in charge of the confiscation and management of confiscated assets.
