The Delegation of the European Union in Tunisia requested an Urgent opinion of the Venice Commission on the Decree-Law N°22 of 21 April 2022 amending and supplementing the organic law on the Independent Superior Electoral Body (ISIE).
The Urgent opinion will be issued in due time and subsequently will be endorsed by the Venice Commission at its June plenary session (16-18 June 2022).
