By letters dated 27 July and 10 August 2023, the Minister for Public Administration of Montenegro requested an opinion of the Venice Commission regarding the draft law on government of Montenegro.
The draft opinion will be submitted for discussion and adoption by the Venice Commission at its 136th Plenary Session (6-7 October 2023). It will be prepared under the Expertise Co-ordination Mechanism (ECM) in the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey (Horizontal Facility II) 2019-2022 ”.
