By letter dated 22 January 2025, the Minister of Justice of Armenia, Ms Srbuhi Galyan, requested an Opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft supplements and amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Expropriation of Property for Ensuring Overriding Public Interests.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 142nd Plenary Session of the Commission (Venice, 14-15 March 2025).
