Romania - Kin-States' involvement in minority protection: lessons learned

Organised by the Romanian Association for international law and international relations, the seminar aims to debate the lessons learned from the involvement of the Hungarian state in the protection of its kin-minorities in the neighbouring countries. The Venice Commission’s Austrian member Professor Franz Matscher and members of the Secretariat are invited to participate in the discussions. The seminar is also attended by, inter alia, representatives of the Council of Europe's Directorate General of Human Rights, and the Office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities.
