Saint-Petersburg - on 21 November 2014 the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation hosts the final round of the national moot-court competition on constitutional law amongst law schools students. The competition is held every year and is supported by the Venice Commission. This year the Venice Commission is represented by its Member and the former President of the Constitutional Court of Latvia, Mr Aivars Endzins, and a staff member of the Secretariat, Mr Grigory Dikov, who sit as judges in the final round.
