Vienna - The Venice Commission participates in an election seminar following an invitation from the Serbian Chairmanship of the OSCE and the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the OSCE (the OSCE/ODIHR). The Venice Commission representatives intervene more particularly on the issue of misuse of administrative resources during elections.
