Astana – Venice Commission representatives participated in an international conference entitled “Constitution - unity, stability, prosperity “held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the referendum on the Constitution of Kazakhstan. The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev welcomed the participants of the conference during the opening ceremony.
