Kyiv – a delegation of the Venice Commission visits the country to exchange views with the authors of the Law “On the condemnation of the communist and national socialist (Nazi) regimes, and prohibition of propaganda of their symbols”, as well as with the representatives of political parties and civil society. The members of the delegation are the rapporteurs who prepare a draft opinion on the above-mentioned Law upon the request of the PACE Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States.
