Podgorica - A delegation of the Venice Commission held meetings and exchanges of views with representatives of the parliamentary majority and opposition, the Judicial Council and the Constitutional Court of Montenegro on the issue of the appointment of lay members on the new Judicial Council after the expiry of the mandate of the current one on 2 July 2018.
