Tirana - A delegation of the Venice Commission and the OSCE / ODIHR visited Albania as part of the preparation of the joint opinion on the draft law on the legislative initiative of citizens. The request for an opinion came from the Speaker of the Parliament of Albania, Mr Gramoz RUÇI, on 27 July 2018.
The draft opinion is on the agenda of the plenary session of October 2018.
