Bukhara – A delegation of the Venice Commission participated in an international conference on “Election legislation and practice of democratic elections: the experience of Uzbekistan”, organised by the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan.
The participants of the conference discussed the draft Election Code and the implementation of recommendations from the Joint Opinion of the Venice Commission and the OSCE/ODHIR on the draft text, adopted by the Commission at its October 2018 session.
