Council of Europe, Strasbourg – Mr Manuel Montobbio, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Spain, and Ms Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, signed a Multi-project Voluntary Contribution Contract.
This document foreseed a voluntary contribution of 50.000€ for the activities of the Venice Commission.
