Tbilisi - As part of the preparation of the opinion on the Concept paper on the reform of the Criminal Procedure Code concerning the relationships between the prosecution and the police, a delegation from the Venice Commission travelled to Georgia. The aim of the visit was to exchange views on the Concept Paper with inter alia the Ministry of Justice, prosecution services and the police.
The draft opinion was on the agenda of the March 2019 plenary session.
