Sofia / Veliko Tarnovo - The President of the Venice Commission Mr Gianni Buquicchio participated in the celebration of the 140th anniversary of the Constitution that had been enacted in Veliko Tarnovo, former capital of Bulgaria. On this occasion the President held meetings with the government officials.
