Strasbourg - the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Mr Thorbjørn Jagland, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the constitutional situation in Moldova with specific reference to the conditions for the dissolution of parliament.
The draft opinion was discussed by the plenary session of the Venice Commission on 21 June 2019.
