Chisinau - a delegation of the Venice Commission visited Moldova in the framework of the preparation of the draft opinion on the draft law on the reform of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Prosecutor’s Office.
The delegation has exchanged views with representatives of the Moldovan authorities, as well as civil society.
The draft opinion, requested by the Minister of Justice, was submitted to the Venice Commission for examination and adoption at its October 2019 session in Venice.
