Mr Philip Dimitrov, Vice-President of the Venice Commission, represented the Commission at the conference celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the First Constitution of Georgia entitled “First Constitution of Georgia Legal and Political Aspects”. This online event was organised by the Ilia State University, Georgia.
