On 16 February 2021 Minister of Justice of Montenegro, V. Leposavić, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Draft Law on the Prosecutor’s Office for organised crime and corruption.
The opinion on these two draft laws will be prepared with a view of adoption at the next Plenary Session of the Venice Commission, which will be held online from 19 to 20 March 2021.
