In the framework of the preparation of the draft joint Venice Commission - OSCE/ODIHR opinion on the draft Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of the two institutions held online meetings with the Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan and representatives of civil society organisations.
The opinion is prepared in the framework of the Central Asia Rule of Law Programme 2020-2023, which is co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
