In the framework of the preparation of the draft opinion on the 2020 amendments to the electoral legislation of Hungary, the rapporteurs a delegation of the Venice Commission and ODIHR met online with the representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the National Election Office, political parties and civil society.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 128th plenary session (15-16 October 2021).
