The Prosecutor General and the President of the Superior Council of Prosecutors of the Republic of Moldova, Mr Alexandr Stoianoglo and Ms Angela Motuzoc respectively, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the compatibility of the recent legislative amendments to the Law on the Prosecution Service with international standards.
