Strasbourg, Council of Europe – The newly elected President of the Venice Commission, Ms Claire Bazy Malaurie, paid a working visit to the Council of Europe on 12 January 2022.
In the course of the visit the President met with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Ms Marija Pejčinović Burić. The dignitaries exchanged views on current democratic challenges faced by the Council of Europe’s member States and the assistance the Commission is providing to them.
