CHILE - Implications of the Venice Commission Opinion for the constitutional process - seminar

Santiago - The Centre for Public Studies (CEP) of Chile held a seminar on the implications of the Venice Commission “Opinion on the drafting and adoption of a new Constitution” (CDL-AD(2022)004) for the current constitutional process in the country.

The participants discussed the recommendations of the opinion, adopted during the Commission’s plenary session (18-19 March 2022), and their possible impact on the discussions within the Constitutional Convention of Chile. Representatives of the Venice Commission took part in the seminar.
