By letter dated 11 October 2022 the Minister of Justice of Montenegro requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft amendments to the Law on the Judicial Council and Judges.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 133rd Plenary session of the Commission (16-17 December 2022). It will be prepared under the Expertise Co-ordination Mechanism (ECM) in the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey (Horizontal Facility II) 2019-2022 ”.
