By letter dated 12 September 2024, the Minister of Justice of Serbia, Ms Maja Popović, requested an Opinion on the draft Law on the Judicial Academy as well as draft amendments to the Law on Judges and the Law on the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 141st Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (Venice, 06-07 December 2024).
