Tbilisi - At the request of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRAE), a member of the Venice Commission and a member of the secretariat have provided legal assistance to the observation mission of the CLRAE at the occasion of the local elections in Georgia, held on 5 October 2006.
